Free shipping within the US — your shipping charge shows as $0.00 at checkout. Ships in 3 business days and arrives in about 10–18 business days total, and we email a tracking number as soon as one is available. Most orders ship from our fulfillment partners overseas. The price at checkout is the full amount we charge you — we do not add customs or import fees, and in the rare case a carrier bills you an import charge on delivery, email us and we will reimburse it. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. In most cases we issue your refund without asking you to ship the item back. If we do authorize a physical return, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
