Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, you'll receive a full refund.

Payment

Shipping and delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates. If your order does not arrive, arrives damaged, or is significantly delayed, contact us at support@hallenbrook.com. Intellectual property

All content on the Store, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to Hallenbrook and may not be used without our permission. Some product photography and descriptive material originates with our third-party suppliers. Product images are supplier photographs of the item or images we create with AI tools from that supplier photography.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Store and its products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Store or its products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
