About

About Hallenbrook

Hallenbrook is an online store based in Macomb, Michigan. We sell decor for the bedroom and the living room: lighting, bedding, throws, pillows, rugs, curtains, mirrors, vases and small furniture.

What we sell

We focus on the bedroom and the living room. Our range covers lighting, bedding, blankets and throws, pillows and cushions, curtains, mirrors, vases, and small furniture such as side tables and nightstands.

Where our products come from

We source our products from third-party suppliers and manufacturing partners, most of them located in China, where the large majority of the world's consumer goods are produced. The items we sell are unbranded generic goods: they carry no manufacturer brand of their own and no manufacturer barcode, and we list them under the Hallenbrook name. We do not manufacture anything ourselves. Many orders are shipped directly by those overseas partners, which is why orders ship within 1–3 business days and then take 7–15 business days in transit rather than arriving in two days. Buying this way is what lets us offer a broad range at fair prices, and we select suppliers by their ratings, order history and delivery times.

About our product images

Product images are supplier photographs of the item or images we create with AI tools from that supplier photography.

How we ship

Orders ship within 1–3 business days, then take 7–15 business days in transit; your delivery estimate is calculated for each order. Some items ship directly from our overseas partners, which is reflected in that window. We would rather quote an honest delivery estimate than advertise a two-day promise we cannot keep. Shipping is free within the United States, and we email you a tracking number as soon as one is available.

If something goes wrong

Email support@hallenbrook.com. We answer email Monday to Friday. Refunds are available within 30 days of delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will issue a refund or send a replacement, and you will not pay any shipping costs.
